Wylie ISD will have a 2-hour early release on Thursday, May 21, which is also the last day of school for the 2025-2026 school year.

There will be no school on Friday, May 22, as campuses will be closed for Staff Development.

🌎 Free Family Movie Night for Earth Day! 🍿

Keep Abilene Beautiful is inviting families to a free showing of Fern Gulley on Thursday, April 23, at the Paramount Theatre.

🎬 Doors open at 6:30 p.m.
🎥 Movie begins at 7:30 p.m.
🍿 The first 100 attendees will receive free popcorn.

This fun community event is a great way to celebrate Earth Day and enjoy a classic movie together. We hope to see our Wylie families there!
