Wylie Junior High POPS Choir Concert! This year’s theme is The Voices of Disney, featuring songs from some of Disney’s most iconic heroes and villains. There are big choir numbers and plenty of solo performances showcasing our talented 8th graders. Here are the details: 📅 Date: Monday, May 19 🕒 Time: 6:30pm 📍 Location: Wylie PAC; no tickets needed! Our 6th, 7th, and 8th grade choir students have been working hard to bring this music to life, and it’s going to be a fun, family-friendly evening full of great performances and Disney magic. We’d be so excited to have you there cheering them on and celebrating all their hard work this year. Please invite your friends and families! We had an unexpected visitor at Wylie East Junior High—a wild turkey on the loose! Staff spotted the surprise guest strutting past the doors, clearly avoiding the lunchroom. No word on whether it was just winging it, gobbling up the attention, or just trying to enroll early for next semester. Thanks for keeping things interesting, mystery turkey!

🔬 Science Comes Alive at Wylie East Junior High! A HUGE thank you to Texas A&M Chemistry, Dow, and Shell USA for sponsoring an unforgettable science experience for our 6th grade students at WEJH! The Texas A&M Chemistry Road Show rolled in all the way from College Station to wow our students with exciting experiments and real-world science demonstrations.
