Reeling in success, one cast at a time.

The Wylie High School Bass Fishing Team is off to a stellar start this season — bringing home top finishes across three major tournaments and proving that Bulldog anglers know how to make waves.
It all began on September 20 at Lake Bridgeport, where the team kicked off their season with a 3rd Place Team Finish in the Texas BASS Nation Youth Northwest Trail. From there, they climbed even higher — securing 1st Place Team Titles at both Possum Kingdom on September 27 and Brownwood on October 18 in the Texas High School Bass Association (THSBA) Trail.
Each event showcased the team’s steady improvement, sportsmanship, and passion for fishing — not to mention the dedication of their boat captains, sponsors, and families who help make these moments possible.
