🗓 November 11, 2025.
📍 Wylie West Intermediate
If your student missed picture day or needs a retake, they’ll have another chance on this day!

Parents and Students,
We are excited to announce that Wylie West Intermediate will be selling lollipops every Friday for $1.00, beginning Friday, November 7th. Sales will take place after lunch in the Purple Office. Students are encouraged to bring their dollar if they would like to participate.
Thank you, parents, for your continued support of Wylie West Intermediate!

This Thursday and Friday (Nov. 6–7), Wylie ISD is joining KTAB, KRBC, Telemundo Abilene, Hardin-Simmons University, and United Supermarkets for the Big Country Food Drive — benefitting the Food Bank of West Central Texas.
Bring your non-perishable food donations to the Wylie ISD Administration Building (6251 Buffalo Gap Rd) and help us make a real difference for local families.
Superintendent Joey Light reminds us what giving is all about:
“Any time we can lend a helping hand to our neighbor, it gives us a chance to grow as individuals. If we show that to our students, they’ll carry it forward as they grow older.”
Let’s show the Big Country what Bulldog generosity looks like — one can at a time.

⛳️ Junior Golfers Wanted!
We still have a few openings left for Wylie Junior Golf Clinic at Mulligans (Par 3)!
📍 1166 Ben Richey Drive, Abilene
🕘 9:00–10:30 AM
🎯 Grades 1–6 | No cost | Clubs provided if needed
No experience necessary — just bring your Bulldog spirit!
Text Coach Preston at (325) 829-8145 to confirm your spot.

You will receive a link to a Google Form from your student’s homeroom teacher. Please complete and submit this form, as it will help us prepare for the day.
Thank you for your cooperation and participation! We look forward to honoring our military men, women, and their families!

Cozy mornings and warm lunches are on the way!
Check out our breakfast and lunch menu to see all the tasty options we’ll be serving this month. We can’t wait to share these fall favorites with our Bulldogs.

During the run/walk, participants will have the opportunity to carry a rucksack to symbolize the burdens that some of our children silently face every day. This event is a wonderful way to support kids across the Big Country.
If you have any questions, feel free to email me at sarahays@cisbigcountry.org. Thank you for your support and for caring for our children!
