Wylie softball scored 15 runs in the third inning to blow open a tight game on their way to a 23-1 win vs Wichita Falls Legacy. WHS collected 20 hits on the night including home runs from Cameron Gregory and Ella Bruning. Avie Faries stuck out nine batters in three innings to get the pitching victory. The Lady Bulldogs are now 16-7 and 4-2 in district. They play at Abilene High next Tuesday, April 15 at 6:30 pm

Hard work and craftsmanship are paying off for the Wylie FFA Ag Mechanics Utility Trailer Team, who recently earned a blue ribbon from the judges at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo Ag Mechanics Show! That makes four blue ribbons this year with top honors also awarded at San Angelo, San Antonio, Austin and now Houston.
